How do I raise the height of my crossover without jack stands or ramps?

I want more clearance when changing oil and filter. I’m a big guy, and I can do it now, but the oil filters are in increasingly harder places to reach. How can I do it? Also doesn’t it seem the filters have become harder to reach over the years?

bring it to your mechanic. You can’t do it without jacks if its in a wierd spot. I know because I have a saturn and my oil filter is in the most awkward position. On other cars the oil filter is right of the front of the car and you can literally just do the whole oil change without raising the car or anything ( pretty much every other car at my house besides mine is like that )
